Santa Clara Law Review

The Santa Clara Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Volume 63.

Submission Requirements
All submissions should be in MS Word format.

The font for submissions should be Times New Roman. The font size should be 12 point for the text and 10 point for the footnotes.

Citations should conform to the 21st edition of the Bluebook.

Authors should provide a curriculum vitae and a cover letter with the author’s name, affiliation, address, phone number, and email address.
